Autumn Sound Bath for Breath, Courage, and Letting Go with Chelsea Spicer

October 4, 2024
7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, autumn corresponds to the metal element, making this a perfect opportunity to incorporate metal chimes and gongs- if you haven’t yet experienced Chelsea’s giant Deep Breath gong, you’re in for a treat!

Embrace the blessings and lessons of autumn with this harmonizing sound bath. Chelsea will guide you to connect to your breath as a vital resource for cultivating courage and navigating your transition into and through the season of letting go.

This is a fully “unplugged” experience, bathing you in the organic, healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, drums, and other instruments. Working at the level of vibration, the soundscapes mobilize and harmonize the flow of life force energy through your body and heart-mind.

Throughout the sound bath, Chelsea will guide you through restorative Yin Yoga postures and mindful breath to help move any stagnant energy through your body so that you can soften and settle into a space of receptivity.

Utilize this sound healing ritual to slow down and (re)ground after the high-energy bustle of PNW summer. Settle into your new rhythms for the fall season with a felt sense of restoration, ease, and vitality.

Blocks and blankets provided; please bring any bolsters, pillows, or cushions you’d like to make yourself comfortable while seated or lying down on your mat for an extended period.

This offering is “heaters off,” although it will take place in the same room that is heated throughout the day. Please dress in layers for your comfort and coziness.
