Step into a transformative 2-hour experience where neuroaesthetics, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra come together to promote deep relaxation, sensory awareness, and holistic well-being. In this unique workshop, you’ll explore how the brain processes beauty and sensory experiences, while engaging in gentle yoga practices like pandiculation, somatic movements, and deep sensory tuning. These techniques are designed to help you release tension, enhance body awareness, and foster a harmonious connection between your mind, body, and senses, creating a truly rejuvenating experience.

This experience is suitable for participants of all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. The session will begin with an introduction to neuroaesthetics and sensory tuning, followed by a calming Restorative Yoga practice that incorporates gentle movements to release muscle tension and alleviate stress. We will then move into a guided Yoga Nidra practice, offering profound relaxation and mental rejuvenation. The experience will conclude with time for personal reflection and a closing meditation to integrate the practice.

Facilitator: Melissa Chevalier is a Certified Yoga Instructor specializing in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. She holds an MFA with a focus on Experiential Design and is a creative leader in the field of human-centered design.
