This is a one-hour workshop where we will take time to connect by looking at what is deeply changing and transforming in our lives during this eclipse season. We will explore what eclipse season is and how it is affecting all of us and in what areas of our life it has been putting in the spotlight. You will take time to connect to what you have been feeling over the last month, acknowledging and letting those parts of you be seen and heard through a guided visualization, journaling, and bringing our community together through sharing your experiences.
If you have a journal make sure to bring it! If you do not have one, I will provide pen & paper for you all!
