Take your practice outside this summer with our rooftop yoga series! Leah, Meg, Casey, and Chelsea will each lead a 60 minute rooftop flow of their unique flavor, followed by mocktails from our partner, Recess. Enjoy the fresh air and change of scenery as you continue to flow all summer long!
These classes will be held on the rooftop of Kavela. Please arrive in the shefayoga lobby 15 minutes before class begins to check in and store your belongings, then we’ll all walk up to the rooftop together 5 minutes before class start time.
